SISTALAND Membership is for women and non-binary creatives working across film and creative industries. Whether you’re a filmmaker ready to connect and elevate your craft, a freelance creative feeling isolated in a competitive industry, or a multi-hyphenate artist juggling projects and needing support to navigate trends and opportunities—this is your space.
We know the current climate for creatives is tough, which is why we’re keeping SISTALAND accessible for everyone. For just £12 per month, you’ll get access to industry experts, a supportive community, and continuous learning and networking opportunities.

SISTALAND is a community built exclusively for women and non-binary creatives who are actively working in the film and creative industries. To maintain our focus and mission. we’ve set the following criteria for our membership:

Who we welcome
- Women and non-binary individuals.
- Professionals actively working in the film and creative industries, including filmmakers, designers, writers, and other BTS roles.
- Students and recent grads who are ready to step into the industry.
Who we don’t include:
- Actors or on-screen talent.

Our industry is hard enough as it is and we want to promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere that uplifts and motivates others. Contribute your expertise and knowledge to help others grow and succeed.

SISTALAND was free to join during its early stages so we could build, listen, and grow together—but as the community has evolved, so has the need for sustainability and structure.
Behind every event, WhatsApp group, podcast episode, and digital resource is time, energy, and care. A paid membership ensures that this space remains active, intentional, and truly valuable—without relying on burnout or unpaid labour.
Charging a small monthly fee (£12) helps us:
- Keep the space well curated and focused
- Invest in better tools, events, and member offerings
- Honour the time and labour that goes into building this space
We’ve kept the membership as affordable as possible to stay accessible—because community should never be out of reach. But it should be valued.

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your membership at any time. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
