SISTALAND is a creative community led by and for women and non-binary individuals working across film, media, design and beyond. We're diverse in skill, united in mission, and here to rewrite what community looks like in the creative industries.
Founded by Nikita Dare, a Creative Director + Production Designer and passionate advocate for representation, SISTALAND was built to be the space so many of us wish we had—supportive, resourceful, and real.
With over six years working in the film industry and a background in creative marketing, Nikita has seen the shifts, the gaps, and the urgency for change. SISTALAND is her response: a space where creatives don’t have to hustle alone, compete to be seen, or shrink themselves to fit.
