We exist to shift culture, because too often the same stories repeat: overlooked talent, closed doors, and careers built on burnout instead of sustainability.

SISTALAND was born from a clear gap: talented, driven creatives navigating powerful spaces without the support, access or community they truly deserved.
After more than six years working in the film industry, founder Nikita Dare experienced both the magic and the weight of it, the opportunities, the unspoken hierarchies, the pressure to prove yourself again and again.
SISTALAND is her response.
Not built from frustration, but from possibility.
